A Turkish Airlines Airbus A330 operating flight THY-727 was forced to divert to Kolkata shortly after taking off from Kathmandu due to a suspected right-engine fire. The aircraft landed safely with 236 people on board, and no injuries were reported, but both the plane and passengers remain stranded at Kolkata airport.
